Crocs said Thursday it was adding casual shoe brand Heydude to its portfolio.

The $2.5 billion acquisition of privately owned Heydude will be funded by $2.05 billion of cash and $450 million of Crocs shares.

Shares of Crocs (ticker: CROX) fell 14% to $120.04 on Thursday. The stock has gained 92% in 2021.
