CRANFORD, NJ — Sneaker heads can get excited about a new business coming to Cranford, selling all sorts of new, "hard-to-find" kicks.

Downtown Cranford announced the upcoming opening of 908 — a sneaker and clothing store that will be located at 10 Alden Street.

Business partners Gustavo and JP first opened 908 in 2016 in Montclair, and Cranford will be their second location, Downtown Cranford wrote on its Facebook page.

"We have fast product turnover and will constantly be putting new items out," Gustavo told Downtown Cranford.

Both owners grew up in Elizabeth and were excited to open their second location in Cranford.

"After living in New York City for a few years, I couldn't believe the changes I saw in Cranford when I returned," Gustavo told Downtown Cranford. "There's a terrific variety of stores and restaurants here, and great foot traffic. We've already felt welcomed by the surrounding business owners and can't wait to meet other members of the community."

908 plans to open its doors in the next few weeks. Downtown Cranford said to stay tuned for future updates and to spread the word about the new store.
